"Colors weren’t what I expected"
I thought the colors were going to be a lot brighter based on the photos on myevergreen, but when it arrived the green looked dull and the pattern didn’t really match what I saw online. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but I was disappointed when I opened the package. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t really any human contact or easy way to talk to someone about it, it all felt kind of automated, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

"Easy enough to browse"
So... I was mostly just looking around, and the search worked fine for what I needed. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t feel like I was getting lost trying to find basic info.
The layout is simple, maybe a little plain, but that’s not a big deal. Everything I clicked on made sense, so overall it was an easy browsing experience.

The products are okay for the price, but a few of them feel a bit overpriced for what you actually get. It’s not a bad buy overall, I just thought the value would be a little better. I’d probably purchase again, but only if there’s a discount.

I accidentally left it outside through a bunch of rain and wind, and I wasn’t sure it was going to be okay. But it still looks fine as far as I can tell. Maybe I just got lucky, but I’m happy with it so far.

I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but the replies were slow and super vague. It felt like nobody really read what I wrote, and I kept getting the sense that no one actually wanted to take ownership of the issue. I was just being passed around or given generic answers. Really frustrating and not helpful at all.

I went to pick up a few things I needed, but most of them were out of stock again. It was frustrating, especially because it feels like an avoidable issue if inventory was managed a bit better.

I ordered from myevergreen.com, and the checkout was smooth. No weird errors, no random extra steps, just added my stuff, paid, and that was it. The confirmation email showed up fast, too, so overall, it was a good experience.

I don’t know why, but the items I received weren’t what I ordered. Frustrating since the order was wrong and now I have to sort it out.

I got my order confirmation from myevergreen.com right away, so at first I was like okay great, everything’s moving along. But then the tracking just kind of sat there and didn’t update for a while, which was irritating. Not a huge deal, I guess, because the package did show up eventually and everything was fine. Still, it would’ve been nicer if the updates were quicker and a little clearer. Overall it worked out, but the tracking part was not my favorite.

I think the stuff is decent overall, but the regular prices can feel a little high. When there’s a discount, it makes it much easier to justify buying, and you feel like you’re actually getting a fair deal. I just wish those discounts came around a bit more often.

I tried using myevergreen.com it was a pain. The pages were loading super slowly for me, and I kept having to click around just to find basic information. The whole layout feels cluttered, and a few buttons didn’t even seem to work right. Maybe other people have better luck, but I gave up after a while. Whoever runs this really needs to make it easier to use

I ended up having to return one item because I picked the wrong size, and the whole thing was way easier than I expected. The exchange showed up quickly too, with literally no weird delays or back-and-forth. Really happy with how myevergreen handled it.

I was ready to place an order on myevergreen.com, and I wasn’t paying too much attention to every little detail at first. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost immediately jumped out at me because it was way higher than I expected.
I’m fine with paying a reasonable delivery fee, but this one made the whole order feel not worth it. After seeing that number, I kind of stopped caring about the rest and just closed the cart, then bought what I needed somewhere else.

I was disappointed with this. The material started wearing out way sooner than I expected, and I don’t have much faith that customer service would do anything helpful about it. It seemed fine at first, but it just didn’t hold up for long.

I had a question about my order and wasn’t sure how fast anyone would get back to me, but support replied quickly. The person was friendly and actually answered my question, which was SUCH a relief because it didn’t feel like some copy-paste response.
They got it sorted without turning it into a whole thing, and I really appreciated how simple it was. Overall, it was easy, helpful, and just GOOD customer service.

I ordered from MyEvergreen and was a little skeptical about the sizing at first, but it ended up being spot on. It fit just like the size chart suggested, with no awkward tight areas or overly loose parts. The whole fit felt easy and comfortable, which gave me a good impression right away.
